I use fresh meat and fresh potatoes, but I add canned veggies. It’s quick and easy, sort of a “set it and forget it”, after the meat is marinated. I like to make this on a Sunday morning, if I make a big enough batch, we eat it for lunch and dinner. This recipe is easy to double up. I hope you enjoy it!
